Referanse: OM-A 7.1.5.2
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the reporting time may be delayed. Delayed reporting procedures establish a notification time allowing a crew member to remain in or return to his suitable accommodation when the delayed reporting procedure is activated. In such a case, if the crew member is informed of the delayed reporting time, the FDP is calculated as follows:
Delayed < than 4 hours… | …maximum FDP is based on original reporting time and FDP starts counting at delayed reporting time. |
Delayed ≥ than 4 hours… | …maximum FDP is based on the more limiting of the original reporting time or the delayed reporting time. FDP starts counting at delayed reporting time. |
If the reporting is further amended… | …the FDP starts counting 1 hour after the second notification or at the first delayed reporting timeif this is earlier. |
If a notification… | …about a delayed reporting is 10 hours or more this period counts as a rest period. |
