Referanse: OM-A 7.1.5.2

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the reporting time may be delayed. Delayed reporting procedures establish a notification time allowing a crew member to remain in or return to his suitable accommodation when the delayed reporting procedure is activated. In such a case, if the crew member is informed of the delayed reporting time, the FDP is calculated as follows:

Delayed < than 4 hours… …maximum FDP is based on original reporting time and FDP starts counting at delayed reporting time.
Delayed ≥ than 4 hours… …maximum FDP is based on the more limiting of the original reporting time or the delayed reporting time. FDP starts counting at delayed reporting time.
If the reporting is further amended… …the FDP starts counting 1 hour after the second notification or at the first delayed reporting timeif this is earlier.
If a notification… …about a delayed reporting is 10 hours or more this period counts as a rest period.
